A developing series of interactive studies examining how crash history, road form, infrastructure, terrain, and time combine across Hong Kong’s transport network.
PROJECT 01 / LIVE DATA
A live network view of current road speeds, automatically refreshed from Hong Kong government traffic feeds and presented alongside the timing of current rainfall data.
PROJECT 02 / MODELLING
A network-level model separating expected crash frequency from expected severity, with a combined view highlighting priority road segments.
PROJECT 03 / CONTEXT
Seven complementary views of the road environment, including crash concentration, severity, lighting, slope, pedestrian crossings, rain, and darkness.

About the studio
Guided Insight Studio is an independent consultancy based in Hong Kong. I work at the intersection of location, movement, infrastructure, environmental context, and decision-making—combining research, spatial analysis, and clear visual communication.
The current portfolio concentrates on Hong Kong road risk. The same approach extends naturally to urban systems, mobility, environmental monitoring, maritime activity, and other questions where geography changes the answer.
